Coming from a family that has cultivated the Anjou terroir for over two centuries, I created my own winery in 1995, at the age of 25, under the Savennieres appellation. The vineyard was created entirely through the purchase of uncultivated or abandoned plots. Today I cultivate 6 hectares, all of which are Chenin grapes. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of flint. Straw yellow.
