The grapes are estate-grown and come from Enrico's parents' farm, which cultivates Moscato d'Asti, Barbera d'Asti, and Chardonnay vineyards, drawing on decades of experience. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel for a variable length depending on the vintage. Subsequent aging in used barriques and stainless steel for approximately 9 months.
