The vinification, as per tradition, takes place in \u003cstrong\u003esteel\u003c\/strong\u003e tanks and then each wine receives \u003cstrong\u003ecomplete\u003c\/strong\u003e malolactic fermentation. Attention to each step is essential to maintain the faithful aromas and flavors from the vineyard to the individual bottle sold.
