The local climate, with cool, breezy summers and \u003cstrong\u003esignificant temperature variations\u003c\/strong\u003e, gives the grapes the complexity needed to develop a \u003cstrong\u003estructured and mineral profile\u003c\/strong\u003e, allowing the wine to evolve excellently over time.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eHow is it produced\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eProduction involves separate vinification of the grapes and partial fermentation in barrels.
