The \u003cb\u003evineyards\u003c\/b\u003e, located in flat areas about 100\/150 meters above sea level, grow on well-drained and fertile soils, blessed with a mild climate characterized by abundant rainfall. \u003cb\u003eSerafini e Vidotto Rosso d'Abbazia\u003c\/b\u003e is born from a blend of different grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The \u003cb\u003eharvest\u003c\/b\u003e, carried out between late September and early October, is done using the traditional hand-picking method, which involves careful selection of the finest bunches of grapes. The \u003cb\u003efermentation process\u003c\/b\u003e takes place in large stainless steel or split oak barrels and is left to age for thirty months. The wine is then aged for approximately 15-24 months, although this may vary depending on the ripeness of the grapes and the vintage.
