On the palate, the silky and creamy texture is paired with a fresh acidity and a clear \u003cstrong\u003emineral tension\u003c\/strong\u003e, for a persistent and harmonious finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eWhere it comes from\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are grown in numerous parcels located in Erbusco, in the heart of \u003cstrong\u003eFranciacorta\u003c\/strong\u003e, Lombardy. The vineyards, Guyot-trained with a density of five thousand vines per hectare, have an average age of about thirty years. Rigorous yield management for \u003cstrong\u003ethe Chardonnay\u003c\/strong\u003e ensures the integrity of the fruit. The \u003cstrong\u003emanual harvest\u003c\/strong\u003e takes place between the end of August and the beginning of September, selecting the bunches at the perfect degree of ripeness to preserve the aromatic elegance typical of Bellavista.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eHow it is produced\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eAfter careful selection, pressing extracts only the free-run juice. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and in small \u003cstrong\u003eoak barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e. The cuvée is created from a careful \u003cstrong\u003eblend\u003c\/strong\u003e that integrates a portion of reserve wines. Secondary fermentation in the bottle follows the principles of the \u003cstrong\u003eTraditional Method\u003c\/strong\u003e, accompanied by manual riddling.
