A Buttafuoco that embodies the passion and tradition of the Giorgi family, who have been producing excellent wines in the Oltrepò Pavese area since 1875. Maceration of the grapes at 28-30°C for approximately 12-4 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months in 2nd or 3rd passage French Allier barrels, followed by 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 8 months in bottle. Intense and elegant with very pronounced floral and fresh fruit aromas. Deep, brilliant ruby red with excellent viscosity.
