Oenologist Saverio Notari uses exclusive clones of Cabernet Sauvignon selected in collaboration with the Bordeaux Institute of Oenology. The wine's name pays tribute to a Tuscan folk hero who, according to legend, found shelter among the vines, drawn by the sweetness of the fruit.
