A Barolo that embodies the tradition of Piedmont, with grapes sourced from the La Villa vineyard in the municipality of Barolo. The destemmed and crushed grapes are heated to around 32-33°C, and pumping over begins immediately. Aged in barriques for approximately 12 months, then in 2-3,000-liter Allier barrels for another year. The aroma is rich with black berry fruit: cherry, blackberry, and plum, with distinct hints of spices such as cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper. Ruby red in color with garnet highlights. On the palate, soft, sweet tannins blend with a strong fruity sensation.
