From this winery
  • Start up year: 1818
  • Hectares: 220
It all started in 1818 when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon founded a champagne house aware of the excellence of its wines.
Since then, every member of the Billecart family has been committed to perpetuating the family tradition through the immutable oath: 'Giving priority to quality, strive for excellence'.

In the best tradition champenoise, the Billecart-Salmon House oscillates between excellence and demand,

Today, the legend of the Billecart family continues thanks to the enthusiasm of François and Antoine Roland-Billecart, who represent the sixth generation, and leading this house with the support of his father, Jean-Roland Billecart.
