Fiasconaro Chocolate Panettone
Sicilian pastry tradition with an indulgent chocolate character
The story of the Fiasconaro family began in 1953 in Castelbuono, Sicily, in the heart of the Madonie mountains.
From its origins as a small family business, Fiasconaro has grown into one of the most recognised names in Italian pastry, while maintaining a strong connection to Sicily and the tradition of naturally leavened baked goods.
The Fiasconaro Chocolate Panettone offers a rich interpretation of the classic Italian Christmas cake, combining soft naturally leavened dough with generous chocolate chips and a glazed topping.
Its soft texture and intense chocolate character make it immediately appealing, while the careful selection of ingredients and artisanal production philosophy reflect the craftsmanship that has characterised Fiasconaro for generations.
The result is an indulgent yet refined Panettone, ideal for those who appreciate the richness of chocolate while still looking for the elegance and authenticity of a traditional Italian Christmas speciality.

Vigne Piemontesi Barolo 2021
The power and elegance of Nebbiolo from the Langhe
Vigne Piemontesi Barolo 2021 comes from the hills of the Langhe in Piedmont, one of Italy's most celebrated wine territories and the historic home of Barolo.
Produced exclusively from 100% Nebbiolo, this Barolo combines the grape variety's natural structure and complexity with the elegance that has made the denomination internationally renowned.
The vineyards grow on soils rich in sandstone, marl, limestone, and clay. Harvest takes place between late September and the first half of October, once the Nebbiolo grapes have reached full phenolic maturity.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, helping soften its structure and create greater balance. It is then matured in wooden barrels for a minimum of 38 months from the harvest.
The result is an intense and structured wine with a luminous garnet colour and ruby reflections.
On the nose, it reveals elegant and complex aromas of raspberry preserve, liquorice, and spices. The palate is full-bodied, powerful, and harmonious, with velvety tannins and a remarkably persistent finish.

Why these two products were paired
The Fiasconaro Chocolate Panettone and Vigne Piemontesi Barolo 2021 create a Christmas selection built around two different yet complementary expressions of Italian excellence.
Rather than being conceived simply as a traditional dessert-and-wine pairing, the selection offers two prestigious products to enjoy throughout the festive season.
The Fiasconaro Panettone represents the warmth, generosity, and craftsmanship of Sicilian pastry tradition, while Barolo expresses the depth, elegance, and winemaking heritage of Piedmont and the Langhe.
The chocolate Panettone is made for the convivial moment of Christmas dessert, while the Barolo can accompany an important festive meal, mature cheeses, or simply be enjoyed and appreciated on its own.
This versatility makes the selection particularly attractive as a corporate gift: it offers the recipient two distinct experiences within a single premium package.
From Sicily to Piedmont, the result is a journey through two of Italy's most distinctive gastronomic territories, united by craftsmanship, tradition, and attention to quality.
Why it is an excellent corporate gift
