Description
What type of wine it is
Maison du Vigneron Brut Dargent Chardonnay Zero Alcohol by Brut Dargent is a white non-alcoholic sparkling wine from the Jura region. This Crémant du Jura expresses the authentic character of Chardonnay through a fresh and elegant profile. Crafted using traditional vinification and vacuum distillation, it displays a fine and persistent perlage, which precedes intense aromas of white flowers and citrus. On the palate, it is harmonious and smooth, offering a pleasant drinking experience thanks to the balance between its striking freshness and a gentle sweetness.
How it is produced
Production begins with the vinification of Chardonnay, followed by ageing aimed at stabilising the sensory profile of the base wine. Subsequently, vacuum distillation is carried out; a delicate method lasting about thirty hours that allows the alcohol to be removed while preserving the structure and varietal aromas, without the addition of artificial flavourings. The final balance relies on rigorous control of residual sugar and acidity, essential factors for providing smoothness and creaminess to each sip. The entire process aims to maintain the balance and elegance that characterise Brut Dargent products.
