Description
What type of wine it is
Franck Pascal's Reliance Brut Nature Champagne is an organic Blanc de Noirs that purely expresses the essence of Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes. In the glass, it shines with bright golden reflections, traversed by a continuous and very fine perlage that creates a soft and persistent mousse. Made strictly following the Traditional Method, it offers a tense, direct and energetic profile on the palate. The perfectly dry attack, typical of its non-dosage nature, is masterfully balanced by a pleasantly creamy texture.
Where it comes from
It originates in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, in the heart of the Champagne region, where Franck Pascal cultivates his vines in full harmony with the ecosystem. The vineyards are rooted in clay and limestone soils, characterised by the presence of flint. This precious geological composition is reflected in the glass, providing a clear chalky imprint. The distinct mineral expression supports the drinking experience, offering a marked savouriness that accompanies and invigorates the entire sensory experience.
How it is produced
This blend is produced with long ageing on the lees in the bottle and, at the time of disgorgement, no sugar dosage is added.
